With over 25 years of international experience in business and people management, Andrea is working at the intersection of innovation, impact, and sustainability.
As CEO of EHL NEXT, he and his team foster human-centric innovation for the whole EHL group, helping students, alumni, and the global EHL community of partners to define and source innovation while keeping people at the centre of the innovation process.
A coder since the age of 13, he also acts as a pro-bono mentor and advisor for start-ups, he is a guest lecturer in several organizations and academies and a board member of impact ventures and organizations. Andrea spent his early career years in PricewaterhouseCoopers, Bracco Group and Hewlett Packard, and since 2010 Andrea has devoted himself to Impact tech entrepreneurship, co-founding and running venture accelerators and start-ups.
He has been Board member and led the Open Innovation Chapter of Italia Startup, the Italian national startup association, born under the patronage of the Ministry of Economic Development, and he has been contract professor at the university of Padua.
