Three PMS, three visions, one ring.

Marco Matarazzi (Slope), Tommaso Tiberi (Mews), and Fabio Di Prima (Hotel Cube) step into the ring for a no-holds-barred debate: What must a high-performing PMS really be capable of in 2026? No glossy demos, no price lists. Each challenger will have to defend their choices in response to the same question: where does management software end, and where does operational intelligence begin?

We’ll put the key features to the test—data openness, native integrations, revenue automation, staff experience—and, above all, the shockwave that AI has sent through the industry: from co-pilots that set rates to agents answering calls in place of the front desk, right up to the tough question: Will the PMS become the hotel’s brain, or just an invisible infrastructure beneath other layers? An educational panel disguised as a boxing match, where the audience serves as the judges.

In the end, whoever steps out of the ring will have a concrete checklist of what a PMS must aim to offer in 2026—and what it no longer has any excuse not to provide.
