BTO 2026 is just around the corner, and we\u2019re ready to bring our \u201cOffbeat Tribe\u201d of communication to life: introducing the Social Media Lab 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

This year, we\u2019re not just presenting a team of correspondents, but a full-fledged workshop for co-creation and collective storytelling, perfectly in line with this year\u2019s theme: Offbeat Tribes<\/a> \u2014 Thinking Outside the Box, Joining New Tribes: Tourism of Opposites in the<\/em><\/strong>\u2019era of<\/em><\/strong>\u2019AI<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

It was inspiring to review the 43 applications we received in response to the call: so many new faces and young talents, each bringing an extraordinary variety of perspectives, different spirits, and experiences ready to intertwine and influence one another.<\/p>\n\n

In a landscape where algorithms risk standardizing behavior and stifling personalization, the Lab was created precisely to explore new paths. We\u2019re not just covering the event at Stazione Leopolda on November 10 and 11: we launched a program of training, discussion, and co-design back in September and October, bringing together communicators, creators, tourism experts, and artificial intelligence specialists. <\/p>\n\n

The power of a multifaceted, cross-cutting narrative remains a hallmark of BTO: each participant will interpret the event\u2019s topics\u2014 Destination, Digital Strategy, Food & Wine, and Hospitality<\/em> \u2014choosing whether to share content on their own channels or produce it for the official ones, ranging from videos, analytical formats, AI-generated content, podcasts, and visual recordings.<\/p>\n\n

It is with great pleasure, then, that we introduce you to those who will join us in sharing the excitement, the latest news, the trends, and the encounters on social media\u2014 in a narrative that will be, above all, creative and collaborative.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
