Maria Gasparella has been Group Director of Sales & Marketing at Villa d\u2019Este La Collezione since January 2023. She leads the group\u2019s sales and marketing strategy, initially for Villa d\u2019Este, Villa La Massa, Palace Hotel, and Barchetta Excelsior, and later expanded to include new acquisitions and openings: Palazzo Venezia, Terminus Hotel, and Miralago Luxury Apartments. In 2025, she oversaw the development of the group\u2019s new brand, Villa d\u2019Este La Collezione.<\/p>\n
She has nearly twenty years of experience in sales and marketing in the luxury hospitality sector, working with both independent hotels and international brands. From 2017 to 2022, she served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Castiglion del Bosco\u2014part of Rosewood Hotels\u2014in Montalcino, with a focus on the North American market. Previously, she worked with Four Seasons: at the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze starting in 2007, beginning with the pre-opening phase as a Sales Assistant, then moving on to Sales Manager and eventually Director of Sales; and in 2016 at the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi as Associate Director of Sales, where she also oversaw the opening phase. <\/p>\n
