Anna Mayer is an Italian journalist and food writer who has lived in Spain since 1997. For over fifteen years, she has worked in the fields of food journalism and tourism, with a particular focus on food culture, local traditions, and the relationship between food and the local area.<\/p>\n
She worked for six years as a guide for international groups along the Camino de Santiago, including on itineraries focused on food and wine tourism. Her experience also includes organizing cooking workshops, cooking demonstrations, interpreting, and collaborations with television productions.<\/p>\n
She writes for Spanish publications such as El Comidista and Directo al Paladar and is the author of Panepanna, an independent publishing project dedicated to discovering Italy through its cuisine, history, and daily life.<\/p>\n
