Scarso has been working in the food and wine communications industry for over twenty years as a strategic consultant, copywriter, content editor, social media manager, and translator. Her clients include wineries, cooperatives, consortia, and restaurants, ranging from projects for large-scale retail chains to luxury wines.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a professor, he collaborates with the Sant&#8217;Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa and the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, where he teaches wine marketing and food and wine tourism.
