Her commitment to improving hotel operations is rooted in personal experience.
She grew up in her family’s 4-star hotel in Liechtenstein, working in nearly every role—from housekeeping and F&B to team management—gaining firsthand insight into the industry’s daily challenges.
Prior to founding Lobby, Romy was working as a software engineer first in the gaming industry then in banking, developing CRM for major financial institutions.
She is also the founder of the Vaduz Light Festival, Liechtenstein’s first light art festival and the world’s first to be held in the Metaverse.
