With over 25 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry, Elisa Peroli, has established a distinguished career across different roles in Food & Beverage operations and in Sales & Catering for leading international hotel brands.
Born in Veneto but a citizen of the world, she has lived and worked in vibrant cities such as London, Los Angeles, Sydney, Doha, Damascus, Alexandria, Moscow and Athens. After these enriching international experiences, she chose to return to Italy, where Tuscany embraced her with open arms, and she has called Florence her home ever since.
A charming perfectionist with remarkable creativity and a deep passion for her work, Elisa joined the bucolic Villa La Massa in Florence four years ago as General Manager.
In this role, she is responsible for the organization, management and coordination of all aspects of the hospitality facility, ensuring that every aspect of the Hotel reflects the highest standards of luxury and service.
Renewed for her strategic vision and her focus on guest satisfaction, Elisa is successfully guiding diverse teams in creating memorable experiences and in growing the brand awareness and reputation of Villa La Massa.
