I’m Javier González Cabello, founder and CEO of Asven Technologies, creators of Forgate, a platform automating lost and found management in hotels. We help properties covering over 10,000 rooms streamline an often-neglected process, saving time and improving guest satisfaction.
My journey began in luxury hospitality with brands like Rosewood, Marriott, and IHG, where I learned what exceptional service truly means. I later transitioned to hospitality tech, joining Knowcross (Unifocus), Expedia Group, and later leading as Head of Hospitality at Digic, driving digital transformation.
Seeing how hotels struggled with inefficient lost and found systems inspired me to create Forgate — a simple, scalable, and guest-centric solution redefining operational excellence in hospitality.
