Aileen Dalisay is a technology and business leader who has spent her career building at the forefront of major technology shifts – from mobile and digital to today’s AI era. At Google, she leads Product Partnerships across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, helping shape the future of Search, Gemini and AI-powered experiences.
Her team works at the intersection of product, AI and partner ecosystems, building strategic partnerships that bring real-world information, capabilities and experiences into Google products used by billions of people. Aileen is particularly focused on how generative and agentic AI are transforming how people discover and engage with the world – and how the worlds of Travel & Local ecosystems evolve for the future.
Beyond Google, she serves as a Fellow Trustee on the Board of the National Trust in the UK and is a graduate of the University of Oxford’s postgraduate programme in AI for Business.
