NECSTouR proposes a practical session focused on how destinations can use data-driven approaches and Artificial Intelligence to support more sustainable, competitive and evidence-based tourism development.
The session will combine a short strategic introduction by the Tourism of Tomorrow Lab with two destinations case studies presented in an interview-
style format. The objective is to move beyond general reflections on AI and data, and to show how these approaches are already being applied by European regions to address concrete destination management challenges.
