Specializing in the hospitality sector, he currently works at World Capital Group, where he assists institutional and private investors, hotel owners, operators, and property owners with the sale and leasing of hospitality assets. His approach focuses on customized strategies designed to enhance and optimize properties for tourism and lodging purposes.
He holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from 24ORE Business School, in collaboration with Milano Finanza, and is a member of AssocRICS, the prestigious international association that certifies competence and integrity in real estate consulting.
As a speaker at prominent events such as ITHIC (Italian Hospitality Investment Conference) and BTO (Buy Tourism Online), he is actively involved in professional discussions regarding the evolution and transformation of the hotel real estate market in Italy.
He is also a member of Rotary International’s Milan Club.
