November 11

• 9:00 a.m. Opening, registration, and accreditation
• 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. DAY 2 SCHEDULE
• 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Closing remarks and group photo. Everyone is invited on stage!
• 5:30 p.m. Turespaña cocktail reception in Lounge Area 1

GENERAL LAYOUT AND ENTRANCES:

• The Main Entrance is located on the right side of the map, in the center.
• The Speaker Desk area is located near the entrance.

EXHIBITION AREAS AND BOOTHS:

The map includes an exhibition area with exhibitor booths.

SCIENCE HALLS (#HALL)

These are the halls where BTO’s extensive program takes place.
The halls are numbered 1 through 7 and color-coded for easy identification.
Each panel in the program lists its corresponding #Hall

FACILITIES AND COMMON AREAS:

There are two lounge areas, designed for refreshments and networking, located at:

• Lounge Area 1: between Hall 4 and Hall 5
• Lounge Area 2: between Hall 6 and Hall 7

SLIDE CENTER

The slide center for speakers is located in front of #Hall 2

PRESS OFFICE, MEDIA CENTER, AND OTHER OFFICES

The offices are located at the far end of the Leopolda Station, to the left of #Hall 5.

RESTROOMS: The restrooms are located next to Lounge Area 1
