Gionata Tedeschi, who has been a consultant, manager, and entrepreneur in highly innovative fields for three decades, has worked in numerous industries, including media, retail, and technology.
A cum laude graduate of Bocconi University, he began his career in strategic consulting at McKinsey and later, with a focus on innovation, launched successful startups in the digital, marketing, and data science sectors, guiding them through their scale-up phases. He has held various managerial and executive roles at leading service companies, including Buongiorno, Accenture, and Gruppo24ORE, where he served as General Manager of Innovation, Technology, and Sustainability. He is actively involved in M&A to support the growth of Italian companies and, since 2025, has been the founder of InterXection, a platform designed to support the relational capital of businesses and individuals.
A board member at highly innovative companies, he teaches in international master’s programs on strategy for digital companies. He has spent much of his professional career in Milan, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
