Maiju Viiki is an Account Manager at the City of Tampere / Visit Tampere, where she leads Tampere’s European Capital of Smart Tourism 2026 year and drives the development of the local experience economy.
Alongside her professional role, Maiju is pursuing a PhD exploring the experience economy, combining academic research with hands-on city development and destination leadership.
