He teaches Business Organization, Human Resources Management, and Organization of Tourism Enterprises at the Rimini Campus.
He earned his Ph.D. from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.
He is the Director of CAST—the Center for Advanced Studies in Tourism at the University of Bologna.
Her research interests focus on organizational change and occupational health and well-being.
