Francesca began her career in advertising in 1988. Starting in 1998, she worked for over ten years in the FMCG sector, holding international roles in marketing, communications, and leadership at Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, and The Lego Group.
Since 2013, he has served as CEO and General Manager of Amadeus Italia, in addition to holding international positions.
In 2018, he became Senior Vice President of the Online Travel Channel for Western Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
In 2021, he took over as head of Travel Sellers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Scandinavia, and Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe.
From 2023 to 2025, he served as SVP of Travel Sellers Europe.
Previously worked in the online travel industry:
– Managing Director for Italy and Spain at lastminute.com (2011–2013).
– Director of Digital and E-Commerce at Blu Vacanze and Cisalpina Group (2010).
– Marketing Director for Italy and Country Coordinator at Expedia (2007–2009).
She has been a Netcomm board member for the Travel sector since 2009. She served on the board of directors of TH Resorts (2021–2024) and has been a board member of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Italy since 2024.
He collaborates with Bocconi University, IULM University, and the MAINS Master’s program at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa on topics related to travel and technology.
