A sommelier, restaurateur, journalist, writer, and blogger, Andrea Gori is one of the twenty most active and influential figures in the world of wine on the web and social media.
Raised in a family of restaurateurs at Da Burde in Florence, he holds a degree in molecular biology and developed a passion for technology and computer science from the very beginning, successfully combining his two greatest passions: wine and digital communication. He was among the first to teach (at IULM in Milan, MIB in Trieste, Gambero Rosso Academy, and Cambium Formazione) and to apply AI in the field of winemaking.
He has a regular food and wine column in the monthly magazine *Business People*, available at newsstands; you can find his work online on Intravino and *Fancy Magazine*, and in person at *God Save The Wine* events held in major Italian cities.
