As the father of three wonderful daughters and the CEO and Founder of Soges Group S.p.A., my experience in the industry began in 2000 when I managed my first student housing facility in Bologna. I have held every operational role, from receptionist to maintenance manager, from sales to IT. This in-depth hands-on experience has taught me that a company’s performance is intrinsically linked to the synergy and expertise of every department.
I led the company’s growth through 2019, culminating in the sale of the student housing division. This financially bold move, carried out shortly before the pandemic, proved crucial in allowing us to focus our resources and begin the necessary transformation into an industrialized company in the hospitality sector.
This transformation has led to exponential growth: we’ve gone from 3 facilities in 2020 (post-pandemic) to 12 in 2025, with exponential revenue growth and a CAGR of over 50%. Today, my goal is to lead this new chapter and drive industrial growth in a sector brimming with new opportunities.
