Paolo Manca is an entrepreneur and manager with over thirty years of experience in the hospitality and food & beverage industries.
He is the CEO of Felix Hotels, a hotel group founded in 2019 and headquartered in Olbia, which now comprises nine hotels and residences in Sardinia.
Since 2012, he has also led M Hotels S.r.l., a company that operates two hotels, two restaurants, and a service and catering company, with over 80 employees.
A hotel manager since 2005, he coordinated the construction and opening of new hotels in Sardinia between 2006 and 2009.
From 2017 to 2021, as a consultant for UniCredit’s restructuring division, he served as CEO and court-appointed receiver of a 5-star resort, leading its turnaround until it returned to a non-default status.
He oversees the entire hospitality business cycle: development, operational management, digital marketing, and revenue management. A graduate of IPSAR “Costa Smeralda” and Bocconi University, he has served on the steering committees for the tourism economics programs at the Universities of Cagliari and Sassari since 2017.
He has been President of Federalberghi Sardegna since 2014 and National Vice President of Federalberghi since 2021.
