After earning his law degree and gaining experience in the private sector, he joined Confindustria in Florence, where he worked, among other things, on expanding the organization’s representation of the hospitality industry.
After two years at Federturismo, he took over as director of the newly formed National Union of Italian Hotels.
He was responsible for the growth and consolidation of the association, which later became known as Confindustria Alberghi.
Since 2012, following the merger with the association of hotel companies operating in Italy, he has served as General Manager of the new Italian Hotel Association (Confindustria Alberghi), which today represents virtually all of the hotel chains operating in the country, as well as several thousand independent operators characterized by great vitality and entrepreneurial dynamism.
