Alessandro Fiore, Destination Manager, professor, and member of the Scientific Committee—BTO Advisory Board (FI).
Formerly General Manager of Bandiera Lilla, he began his career with a master’s degree with honors in Tourism & Hospitality Management and a stint at APT Dolomiti Paganella (TN), before going on to hold senior positions such as Deputy General Manager at the “Colonia Arnaldi” Resort (GE) and as Project Manager for TSM—Trentino School of Management.
After spending three years leading regional development as Destination Manager at Budoni Welcome, in 2024–2025 she strengthened her academic profile by teaching at universities throughout Italy.
He currently works with Federturismo Confindustria as a Specialist Consultant and Training Content Developer on a project sponsored by the European Commission (DG REFORM) and the Ministry of Tourism, focusing on the development of digital and green skills for the national tourism sector.
She also works with Territori Sostenibili Srl Società Benefit as a Destination Manager and head of the inclusive tourism division.
