It represents the Region in national and European forums, manages regional relations with key stakeholders (public and private entities), coordinates high-level partnerships, implements systemic initiatives, and facilitates collaboration with ministries, international networks, the European Commission, local governments, universities, chambers of commerce, regional and national agencies, trade associations, tourism professionals, and third-sector organizations.
