Claudia Ferrero is a professional with over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry and a strong passion for digital transformation, gained in international settings at leading hotel groups.
Her journey began in Turin, at the G.B. Colombatto Hotel Management School, and continued in Switzerland at the renowned Glion Institute of Higher Education campus, which enabled her to immediately embark on an international career and hold various managerial positions.
She then honed her management skills at prestigious locations such as London, Florida, New York, and Monte Carlo. Upon returning to Italy, she devoted herself to the entrepreneurial and commercial development of a hotel cluster, to hotel management, and eventually to overseeing the hospitality department in the luxury retail sector.
In 2020, he stepped away from day-to-day operations to focus on consulting and projects related to the digitization of service processes for hotels and restaurants—an area where Italian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have the most difficulty capitalizing on the real opportunities.
