Erika De Santi is Co-Founder and Chief of Experience at WeRoad, where she works to bring people together through travel and shared experiences. With extensive experience in the tourism industry and a master’s degree in Tourism Management from the University of Surrey, she initially coordinated the project at WeRoad before leading its international expansion into Spain, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany.
Today, as Chief of Experience, she coordinates and manages WeRoad’s 4,000 Group Leaders across Europe: key figures both for the success of every single trip and for the life of the community. She was named by Fortune Italia to its “40 Under 40” list and by EU-Startups as one of the 100 most influential women in the world of startups and venture capital. She lives in Milan.
