Giuliano Resce is an economist and professor at the University of Molise, where he serves as the Rector’s delegate for internationalization.
He is also the CEO of the spin-off company Instant Analytics. His research focuses on the evaluation of public policies, regional inequalities, and the efficiency of public services, with a particular emphasis on healthcare, education, and the development of inland areas.
It uses quantitative methods and innovative data sources, including satellite imagery, to analyze the effects of public investment and inform policy decisions. It also addresses the sustainability of health care systems, population aging, and access to essential services.
In addition to research and teaching, it is committed to international university cooperation, promoting student mobility, academic collaborations, and the university’s openness to students and researchers from other countries.
