Where: Exhibition Area – central section near the bar
When: November 10–11 , 2026 | Stazione Leopolda, Florence
Format: One-on-one training , hands-on demonstrations, and direct interaction with experts
Who it’s for: All skill levels, from beginners to the most experienced professionals
From creating AI assistants to vibe coding, from content production to intelligent agents: “Humans Train AI” returns to BTO 2026—a dedicated space for hands-on training on artificial intelligence tools for tourism, hospitality, and marketing.
Here, the experts step down from the stage and interact directly with participants to show how the tools work, try them out together, and answer specific questions. No lectures: just demonstrations, practical examples, hands-on training, and discussions—all in an informal setting that’s accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of familiarity with AI.
Twelve sessions over two days to discover how to use artificial intelligence in your daily work: from virtual assistants for hotels to dashboards that integrate data, from vibe coding to image and video creation, from visibility on Google and in Large Language Models to automated workflows and AI agents.
An opportunity to explore new tools or gain a deeper understanding of those you already know, by exchanging ideas with professionals who use them in practice.
In line with “Offbeat Tribes,” the theme of BTO 2026, “Humans Train AI” invites us to explore new ways of working, creating, and collaborating with artificial intelligence.
The goal? To come away with some new skills, ideas to put into practice right away, and a greater understanding of what AI can do—without losing sight of the value of people.
