Lia Dal Cappello has been working at HBenchmark since 2023, where she provides strategic support to tourist destinations and lodging facilities, specializing in the open-air sector.
Ever since joining the company, he has worked alongside stakeholders throughout the supply chain to promote a data-driven culture, facilitating data analysis and informed sharing among local stakeholders.
Since 2025, he has been working closely with FAITA delegations, guiding them in interpreting market metrics and transferring the know-how needed to establish a data-driven approach.
In addition to the open-air sector, it coordinates regional projects in some of Italy’s leading tourist destinations—including Brescia, Lake Garda, Siena, and Verona—by supporting local stakeholders in interpreting data to inform the strategic development of the region.
