Giovanni Di Tomaso is a professor, researcher, author, and consultant specializing in the development of innovative models for the financial and operational management of hotels and restaurants.
He completed his international education at the Les Roches Hotel Management School in Switzerland and Endicott College in Boston, and went on to lead the F&B operations at prestigious 5-star hotels in the United States, including the Marriott Portland and the Plaza Athénée in Manhattan.
An entrepreneur and author of the book “In Vino Business,” he founded the Amaca Art Café.
