Paolo Tegoni is a gastronome, professor, sommelier, and author. For over thirty years, he has been involved with food and wine, which he studies, teaches, and writes about through the lens of different regions, people, and their stories.
She teaches food and wine culture at the University of Parma, at IUSVE in Venice, and in various training programs; she is the president of Terrae – Opificio Culturale Enogastronomico APS.
He lived and worked in France for many years and is the author of *Malvasia: A Mediterranean Diary*, a journey through the wines, cultures, and landscapes of the Mediterranean.
