Pietro Caroli, born in 1982, holds a degree in economics and has ten years of experience in marketing and sales at a multinational corporation.
Over the years, he has cultivated a passion for the world of food and wine. In 2015, he founded Trippa together with chef Diego Rosi, and in 2019, he founded Fratelli Torcinelli—both in Milan.
