Silvia Savoye, 47, is a professional journalist who lives and works in Aosta, her hometown.
With a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Turin and a master’s degree in Environmental Communication, she combines her focus on local issues and sustainability with coverage of politics and economics for her publication. She is the editor-in-chief of Aostasera.it, an online daily published by the Piùpress cooperative, of which she is also a member, and she has served on the Board of the Order of Journalists.
Always attentive to new forms of storytelling, she was one of the creators of the “In-træcci – The Voices of the Territories,” a project born from a collaboration between Aostasera.it and the “Passaggi a Nord Ovest” podcast, with support from the Municipality of Bard, created to explore the historical and contemporary languages through which communities and territories tell their stories and promote themselves.
