Davide De Crescenzo, a professional journalist and public communicator, is the head of the Content Department at Fondazione Sistema Toscana and the editor-in-chief of the official website of the Region of Tuscany, www.intoscana.it.
For over twenty years, he has been applying brand journalism and regional storytelling to public administration, guiding the evolution of public information toward advanced “media company” models. A pioneer in digital tourism, he was a co-creator and project manager in the design and launch of the promotional ecosystem for Tuscany as a destination (www.visittuscany.com).
Driven by a constant focus on the most contemporary approaches, he manages the digital communications for major strategic projects: from Tuscan food and wine and the agri-food sector—through Vetrina Toscana and the EAFRD programs—to regional mobility information with “Muoversi in Toscana,” and the promotion of local heritage and villages. He is a regular participant in national festivals and events focused on journalism, regional storytelling, food, and digital ecosystems.
