Editor-in-Chief of *Il Gusto* (part of the GEDI Group—*la Repubblica*), with a degree in philosophy, a gastronome by vocation, and a sommelier by passion, Eleonora Cozzella is passionate about the history of food; she loves culinary innovations but also appreciates the comforting aspect of old dining traditions.
A journalist and food critic, she coordinates the master’s program in food journalism at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.
For the past 15 years, he has served as the Italian panel chair of the international jury that compiles the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
